How we do business
We treat our customers the way we'd want to be treated ourselves. We provide competitive pricing and the best customer service you'll find anywhere. If you have a question about one of our products, we'll make sure you get a detailed and expert answer. If one of our products fails, we'll send you a new one. Finally, if you're not 100% satisfied with anything you buy from us, simply return it within 30 days for an immediate, hassle-free refund ... no questions asked.
PLEASE NOTE: We do ask that returned products be in more or less original condition as received. You wouldn't believe some of the beat-up stuff that we occasionally receive from customers taking advantage of our liberal return policy. In all but the most egregious cases, we still honor our policy ... but we certainly feel wrongly treated. So until you're sure you plan to keep what you ordered from us, we ask that you please try to avoid damaging it and hang on to the original packaging.
Ordering from us
Our products are normally shipped within 24 hours. We usually ship the same day on orders received by 2 pm Mountain Standard Time (Monday - Friday). For orders placed later, we normally ship the next business day. You may order online via our secure server and state-of-the-art shopping cart system, or by telephone using our 24-hour toll-free order line: 1-866-788-2642. As noted in the individual product descriptions:
We assemble each of our Prescription Kits and Sterile Packs to order, to ensure the freshness of the dated contents, each Kit or Pack will be shipped within 7 - 10 business days of receipt of your order and receipt of supporting documentation, if noted as required.
A number of our products are shipped directly ("drop shipped") from the manufacturer to you. These items will arrive as separate shipments than those items shipped directly from OceanMedix. These items will be shipped within 5 - 7 business days of receipt or your order.
